Meet Dr. Todd

Dr. Vermeer is a board certified Emergency Physician with over 25 years experience practicing medicine.  He has been involved in aviation for nearly the same amount of time, having begun training for his Private Pilot's License in 1998!  He loves working with aviators to make sure they stay healthy and safe as they pursue their passion for flying.

As both a Senior and HIMS certified AME, Dr. Vermeer provides FAA Class 1, 2 & 3 exams, along with personalized, one-on-one consultations and examinations to help experienced and brand-new pilots navigate the FAA Regulations and obtain/maintain their FAA Medical Certification.  Support and consultation is available for pilots with all medical, mental health, and substance use histories.  Guidance around the BasicMed process is also available, though we do NOT offer BasicMed exams.
